1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or purchasing any paid Auramity product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.

2. Licence to Use

When you purchase access to an Auramity product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for your own individual purposes. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or replicate any part of our products or platform
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on our products
• Redistribute, resell, sublicence, or share your access with others
• Use our products for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Auramity

All intellectual property within Auramity products, including design, content, features, and underlying technology, remains the sole property of Auramity.

3. Payments & No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Auramity are final and non-refundable.

This applies in all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Inability to access the product for any reason, including technical difficulties, device compatibility, or internet connectivity issues
• Dissatisfaction with features, content, or outcomes
• Accidental purchases
• Account suspension or termination resulting from a breach of these terms
• Discontinuation or modification of a product or feature

We intentionally offer a generous 7-day free trial so that you have plenty of time to explore Auramity, experience what it has to offer, and decide whether it is right for you, before any payment is required. By completing your purchase after the trial period, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy in full.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Auramity products are designed to support personal reflection, gratitude, and the sharing of positive energy. However, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding:

• The emotional, psychological, or personal outcomes of using our products
• Whether the experience will meet your individual expectations or needs
• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content generated within the platform

Your experience is personal and unique to you. Auramity is a tool, not a guarantee.

5. User-Generated Content

Any content you enter into Auramity, including messages, memories, reflections, images, or any other material, is your sole responsibility.

Your content is yours. We store it solely to power your experience so you can revisit, build on, and share your moments whenever you choose. We do not read, review, or share your personal content with anyone. It belongs to you, not us.

That said, Auramity:

• Does not verify, moderate, or take responsibility for the accuracy or appropriateness of user-entered content
• Is not liable for any consequences arising from content you choose to enter, store, or share
• Reserves the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines, without notice or compensation

By using our platform, you confirm that any content you submit is your own and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

6. Service Availability

While we do our best to keep Auramity running smoothly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to our products at all times. We accept no liability for:

• Temporary or extended service outages
• Data loss resulting from technical failures
• Interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party platform failures, or force majeure events

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Auramity and its founders, team members, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our products
• Any content entered into or generated by our platform
• Any outcomes or experiences resulting from use of our products

Our total liability to you, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Changes to Products & Terms

Auramity reserves the right to:

• Modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time, with or without notice
• Update these Terms & Conditions at any time

Continued use of our products following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Auramity is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that territory.

10. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You may delete your Auramity account at any time from your subscription settings. When you delete your account:

• Your active subscription will be cancelled immediately and no further payments will be taken. As stated in Section 3, payments already made are non-refundable.
• We do not retain your content for more than 7 days after deletion. After that window your entries, people, shared trees, and account data are permanently removed from our systems.
• We strongly recommend you download or export your content before deleting your account, as deletion cannot be undone.
• If you choose to rejoin Auramity later using the same email address, we will not be able to restore any of your previous content.
